Brenda Maynor is Vice President of Clinical Operations at Community Health Center of Johnstown. She has also served as the Vice President of Clinical Integration for the Alliance for Better Health Care and Administrator of Care Coordination at St. Mary’s Healthcare, a 100-bed not-for-profit hospital located in Amsterdam in upstate New York. In her current role, she has responsibility for daily management and oversight of the NYS DOH DSRIP and governmental programs, clinical functions for home care services, care transitions coaching program, quality management and staff education. She was the Magnet Program Director at Saratoga Hospital, in Saratoga Springs, New York. Mrs. Maynor is also an adjunct nursing instructor for first year nursing students at Fulton-Montgomery Community College in Johnstown, New York.
Brenda has vast experience in medical surgical nursing, case management and discharge planning, nursing education, and the ANCC Magnet program. After her enlistment with the United States Air Force, she completed nursing school at Fulton Montgomery Community College, obtained her bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh in 2001, and earned her master’s degree in Nursing Education from Sage Graduate School in Troy, New York in 2008. Brenda also holds a Legal Nurse Consultant Diploma from Kaplan College in Florida.
