Denise Ringer has more than 30 years in the training and development field. She is currently the Director of Training and Development for St. Peter’s Health Partners and has taught nursing at both the baccalaureate and master’s level. Denise served as Vice President of Patient Care Services at Albany Memorial Hospital, where she implemented one of the largest New York State demonstration grants to redesign patient care.
She has served on numerous boards at the national, state and local levels including the American Association of Nursing Executives and Mohawk Hudson Humane Society. As a member of the Hudson Mohawk Association for Training Development, Denise has served on the annual training conference for several years.
Ms. Ringer received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from SUNY Plattsburgh and a Master’s in Nursing Education from Russell Sage College. She is a Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP) through the Association of Talent Development and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
