Addressing Burnout

This workshop will explore the latest research on burnout, how our accelerating sense of the world contributes to burnout, the aftermath of the pandemic on burnout rates and the increasing impact the fraying of our social norms has on stress, and help guide participants in crafting a personal action plan to recognize, tamp down and prevent burnout.
