The Power of Communication Styles for Leaders: Communicate to Better Connect with Staff and Clients

Struggles to get through to certain people? Some may take offense easily, misunderstand you, or even respond aggressively. Often, this stems from a disconnect in communication styles. People interact and process information differently, and when these differences go unrecognized, they lead to miscommunication, disengagement, and conflict.

This program introduces a simple yet powerful framework for recognizing and adapting to different communication styles, helping leaders navigate difficult interactions with clarity and confidence. By applying these insights, leaders can foster stronger connections, build trust, and enhance team collaboration.

Key Takeaways:

  • Identify and adapt to diverse communication styles.

  • Tailor your approach for clearer, more effective interactions.

  • New perspective for de-escalating and resolving conflicts.

  • Motivate and engage others in the way they respond best.

  • Build strong, engaged teams.
